Digital Designer
Requirements
Essential
- A portfolio displaying outstanding responsive website design
- Sound understanding of fundamental UX & UI principles
- Proven experience in the UX process including research, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.
- Comfortable dealing with clients and articulating rationale of design solutions
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Great communication and team-working skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work well on your own and within a team environment
- 3 years plus hands-on experience in a similar role
Desirable
- Knowledge of the importance of web usability, accessibility & standards
- Knowledge of new and emerging trends in web design
- Experience of leading front-end frameworks such as Foundation & Bootstrap
- Experience of brand development and graphic design for print

Front-End Developer
Requirements
Essential
- Solid experience working with CSS and HTML
- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors, such as SASS
- Working in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular
- Git / Version control systems
- Excellent front-end development skills including HTML, CSS (Sass), jQuery
- Sound understanding of fundamental UX & UI principles
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Great communication and team-working skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work well on your own and within a team environment
- 3 years plus hands-on experience in a similar role
